Action Counters Terrorism Awareness Event

Wyre Council is holding two counter terrorism “ACT Awareness” events for businesses across the borough.There will be a speaker from NaCTSO (National Counter Terrorism Security Office) who will give an insight into the “ACT Awareness Campaign for Businesses”; a campaign aimed at increasing the resilience of business communities.You will be provided with information on the current threat and be guided on what to do, should you find yourself involved in a serious incident. You will also be given tips and information on how to identify and anonymously report any suspicious activity.

The events are free and will take approximately 2 hours:Monday 3rd February 2020 at 4pm at:Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde. FY6 7PU
