Important Information | April Edition of Focus Magazine

We hope this email finds you as well as you can be during these difficult times. Thank you for your continued support of Focus Magazine over the past few weeks.

As you know, the magazine plays a hugely important role within our local community, both supporting businesses and providing residents with critical information about local services and news. This is true now more than ever so we made the decision to go ahead with publishing the April edition of the magazine.

However, we have to put the safety and well-being of our deliverers first, and with the current restrictions on movement, we have found ourselves in the unfortunate position of not being able to deliver the magazines to people’s doorsteps this month. We apologise for any disruption this may cause you.

The digital version of The Green Book is now live on our website and will be promoted on local social media with a paid-for social media campaign to help reach readers across Over Wyre and Garstang. It would be great if you could help share the online magazine with your friends and followers where possible.

What does this mean for The Green Book?

We’re now taking a couple of weeks to regroup and decide what the best way forward is for the magazine. One thing is for certain; The Green Book has never been so ‘in-demand’ so we will be back. Whether this is next month or later in the summer is something we can only decide once the government relax rules on social distancing. We will contact you as soon as we have made a decision about the May edition.

Thank you again for bearing with Focus Magazine though one of the most challenging times in recent history. The groups and organisations that contribute to the magazine are the life blood of this wonderful community resource and we’ll be fighting alongside you to see this whole situation though and come out stronger for it.

Take care of yourself and your families over the next few weeks.

Best wishes,

Helen & the Team at Focus Magazines.
